Magnet tension unit for fine wire

This tension is suitable for thin/medium wire. This tension adopts non-contact braking system by using permanent magnet to achieve stable tension and durability. Wire breaking will not occur in the case of high-speed winding. Back tension can be turned ON/OFF freely.
If Winding terminals and slot time requires less tension, you can switch the back tension through the winding Program.
When wire breaks, tension bar retracts to the highest position actuating the alarm switch and machine stops running by the effect of wire-break detecting micro switch.
This tension unit is compatible with any TANAC winding machine.
